Tuscan sausage with tomato, onion and pepper
The Tuscan sausage Sabor do Interior is one of the ingredients you can’t miss at home! But in addition to being very tasty, this meat can be versatile and goes well in many other dishes! Vegetables add even more juiciness and color to the dish.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 slices of sausage Toscana Flavor of the Interior
1 small yellow pepper, chopped
2 seedless tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons ) of water
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Start by heating the oil and sealing the whole sausages on all sides. – When they are golden, cut them into slices and return to the skillet to finish cooking.
Lower the heat and add the onion, tomatoes and pepper. Add 3 tablespoons of water to loosen the “dregs” from the sausage that remained at the bottom of the skillet and add flavor.
Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Keep on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked.
