Thigh and drumstick with creamy vegetables
Roasted thigh and sobrethigh is that classic dish, but with this combination they are delicious in a surprising way. The desire that remains is to eat every day!
1.5kg of thigh and drumstick from Linha Todo Dia
1 tablespoon of Bahia seasoning
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
½ teaspoon of spicy paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Half a lemon
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 zucchini grated seedless
2 large grated potatoes
1 grated carrot
Chives to taste
2 sachets of vegetable stock
1 box of cream ( 200gr )
1 bottle of coconut milk ( 200ml )
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Remove the skin from the thigh and thigh.
In a container, place the thigh and drumstick and season with Bahia seasoning, smoked paprika, spicy paprika, salt and black pepper.
Squeeze the half lemon and add together with the Worcestershire sauce in the container with the rest of the ingredients.
In another container, place the zucchini, potatoes and carrots, add chives, salt, pepper to taste and the vegetable stock. Mix everything and add the cream and coconut milk.
Grease a platter with a drizzle of olive oil, distribute the chicken (thigh and drumstick) evenly and place the vegetable mixture on top.
Then just take it to the oven preheated to 180° and leave it there for 50 minutes.
Want to make your dish even better? Add grated mozzarella and place in the oven at 200° for 5 to 10 minutes.
