Easy-foam recipe for Faluda Raspberry
1 cup (about 4 ounces) raspberries, cold
1 cup cold whole milk
2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
2 teaspoons of basil seeds, soaked for 10 minutes in six tablespoons of water
2 slices of crystallized ginger for garnish
Whisk the raspberries in a blender until smooth, then add milk and honey to form a light foam. Divide into two cups, add soaked basil seeds and garnish the border with a slice of crystallized ginger. Serve chilled.
