Breaded hake fillets

- Prepare your work surface by pouring the flour into a deep plate, the breadcrumbs in another and beating the eggs in a large bowl.
- Cut each fillet in 3 and season the pieces. Flour the pieces then dip them in the beaten eggs, making sure to make both sides well. Then pass them in the breadcrumbs.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry your pieces of fish until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Immediately serve your breaded hake fillets with a good homemade mayonnaise and fries.
