Breaded hake fillets

  1. Prepare your work surface by pouring the flour into a deep plate, the breadcrumbs in another and beating the eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Cut each fillet in 3 and season the pieces. Flour the pieces then dip them in the beaten eggs, making sure to make both sides well. Then pass them in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and fry your pieces of fish until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Immediately serve your breaded hake fillets with a good homemade mayonnaise and fries.
