Spring vegetable skewers

- Start by washing all the vegetables.
- Cut the zucchini into thick slices. Peel the carrots before cutting them into sections about 3 cm thick. Peel the shallots.
- Boil a pot of water. Add the vegetable bouillon cube to it. Blanch the zucchini pieces for 2 minutes, before adding the carrots, radishes and mushrooms. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables before immediately running them under cold water. Drain them again and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil. Add the chives, chopped cilantro, then the pressed garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
- After this time, thread the vegetables on wooden picks in the desired order. Serve the spring vegetable skewers immediately.
