  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

  3. Place the grated vegetables in a salad bowl. Then add the lightly beaten eggs and the flour. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the curry powder. Mix.
  4. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape 12 patties and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for about twenty minutes. Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
