Spicy Coleslaw and Red Onion Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 small, finely chopped cabbage (about 1 pound; 450g)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (about 6 ounces; 170g)
- A handful of fresh mint leaves and chopped cilantro
- 1 to 2 green chilies of Thai birds
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) of juice of 1 lemon, more to taste
- Sal kosher

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, herbs, peppers and lemon juice. Season with a large pinch of salt and massage to soften slightly. Taste and season with more salt or lemon juice to taste. Serve immediately.
