Peanut Butter and Sesame Breakfast Bars Recipe

1/2 cup honey
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup puffed rice porridge like Porridge
Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Place the sesame seeds in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Saute for about 2 minutes, until browned and golden brown. Let cool.
In a medium bowl, combine honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter until smooth. Add sesame seeds and rice grits.
Put the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Allow the rods to cool completely before cutting.
