Recipe Sangri anchors

8 ounces cold cider
4 ounces Gran Marnier
1 pitted and sliced ​​apple
1 orange, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 cups chopped melon
2 cups chopped honeydew
1/2 inch ginger root, peeled but not chopped
1 bottle semi-dry cider 750 ml

Combine all chopped fruit, ginger root, chilled cider, and Grand Marnier in a glass jar or other resealable container. Keep it refrigerated for two hours.


After two hours, remove and discard the ginger root. Pour the fruit and alcohol mixture into a jar. Add 2 cups of ice to the mixture.

Pour the semi-dry cider slowly into the jar and stir gently to dissolve. Serve in wine glasses.
